Project Hungry

At Child Care Welfare Trust, we believe that food is not a privilege — it’s a basic human right.
Yet, millions of people across India — especially children and the elderly — go to bed hungry every night.
Through our initiative Project Hungry, we are on a mission to fight hunger, reduce food waste, and ensure that every individual has access to a wholesome meal.

Our mission is to eradicate hunger and malnutrition among underprivileged communities by:

  • Distributing nutritious meals and ration kits to families in need.

  • Conducting food donation drives in slums, orphanages, and old-age homes.

  • Partnering with restaurants, corporates, and volunteers to reduce food wastage.

  • Promoting awareness about balanced nutrition and healthy eating in rural areas.

How You Can Help

Your support can make a real difference.
Join Project Hungry and become part of a compassionate movement.

  • ₹50 can feed one child for a day.

  • ₹500 can feed a family for a week.

  • ₹2000 can sponsor ration kits for an entire month.

You can help by:

  • Donating funds or food supplies.

  • Volunteering in distribution camps.

  • Partnering your restaurant, café, or business for food recovery.

  • Organizing hunger awareness drives in your community.

Across the streets, villages, and forgotten corners of our cities, thousands of people go to bed every night on an empty stomach.
At Child Care Welfare Trust, we believe that no one should ever have to fight hunger alone.

Through our flagship initiative Project Hungry, we are working tirelessly to ensure that every plate is filled with food and every heart with hope.

This project is more than a meal distribution program — it’s a movement of compassion, aiming to eradicate hunger, malnutrition, and food insecurity in India’s most vulnerable communities.
